DESCRIPTION:The fight to keep the statue of peace in place continues.\n\nIn April\, the Berlin Administrative Court ruled that Ari may remain in public space until at least 28 September. That day is now fast approaching – but our demand remains the same: Ari must stay permanently!\n\nThe statue is a symbol against sexualised violence and for the visibility of survivors. If it is removed\, it will not only be an attack on the memorial site\, but also a repression of violence back into the private sphere.\n\n 📅 Sunday\, 28 September 2025\, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.\n📍Statue of Peace\, Bremer Str. 41\, 10551 Berlin\n\nAG-“Trostfrauen” and Korea Verband invite you to join us on 28 September at the Peace Statue. Together we will show our presence and send a clear message. In addition to speeches\, we will weave the red net of the art action ‘Sangre de mi Sangre’ by Colectiva Hilos – as a sign against patriarchal violence and feminicide.\n\nLet’s make it clear on Ari’s last legal day in public space: We are not giving up – Ari stays!
